I have a journal that I write some important things down in from the book.? I believe that writing them down on paper helps them to stick in my brain.? I have been looking at other "self help" books too.? I figure any way that I can improve my way of thinking is only helping myself and who better to help.
And that's were I am right now with the Anger Management classes.
