Missouri bank sees commercial loan opportunity in Dallas | Biz Beat ...

Kansas City-based Commerce Bank is entering the commercial loan market in Dallas by opening its first office on McKinney Avenue in Uptown.

Commerce Bank isn?t completely new to the area, however. It has been providing commercial card and payment services here for several years.

The bank said today that it has appointed two executives to head the Dallas office.

Dallas market president Greg Leftwich was previously a client manager at Bank of America Merrill Lynch?s middle-market group.

William Litton is Commerce Bank?s vice president and responsible for marketing efforts in Dallas and throughout the state. Litton also worked for Bank of America.
